Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required at enrollment to secure the reservation. The balance will be due 60 days before the session starts. If the balance is not paid on time, the participant's enrollment will be cancelled and the deposit will be retained by Slow Life in France.
In the event that the participant needs to cancel, all sums paid to Slow Life in France, will be forfeited unless Slow Life in France is able to find a replacement. In the event of any refund, Slow Life in France will retain a fee of $500. In the event that Slow Life in France cancels for any reason, all fees, including deposits, will be returned in full. As the cost of travel is the sole responsibility of the guest- and thus will not be reimbursed, Travel Cancellation Insurance as well as International Health Insurance are mandatory. Proofs of both should be provided with final payment.
